Warranty

Wicked Garage Doors LLC warranties and terms are listed on your receipt. If customer is unable to provide their receipt for proof of warranty, the warranty is void, and is up to the discretion of Wicked Garage Doors LLC in determining if warranty applies. It is not the responsibility of Wicked Garage Doors LLC to provide proof of warranty. The term of the warranty starts on the invoice date and ends within the term specified on the invoice. It is the customer’s responsibility to schedule an appointment within the warranty term to be covered under the warranty. No extensions on warranty after the term.
Safety Sensor or Eyes are not covered under warranty. Safety Sensors are required to be installed six inches off the ground at the bottom corners of the garage door track. This allows for Safety Sensors to be bumped, damaged, hit, in addition to having debris attached or cover the sensors.
30 Day Service Call Warranty is limited to the workmanship completed and described on the customers invoices.
Garage Opener Warranty is limited to parts and workmanship of installation. Garage opener manufacturer provides its own separate warranty to the homeowner, on parts and opener accessories. It is the homeowner’s responsibility to submit the manufacturer warranty paperwork, provided to them at the time of installation. Workmanship warranty is determined by Wicked Garage Doors LLC. If it is determined that Wicked Garage Doors LLC workmanship is at fault, homeowner understand and agrees, it is up to the discretion of Wicked Garage Doors LLC to repair or replace the defective part, at no charge, for labor or parts if indicated by the specified warranty listed on the invoice and limited to the warranty term of installation. Service Charge may apply.
Garage Door manufacturer provides its own separate warranty to the homeowner for defects and parts. Workmanship warranty is determined by Wicked Garage Doors LLC. If it is determined that Wicked Garage Doors LLC workmanship is at fault, homeowner understand and agrees, it is up to the discretion of Wicked Garage Doors LLC to repair or replace the defective part, at no charge, for labor or parts if indicated by the specified warranty listed on the invoice and limited to the warranty term of installation. Service Charge may apply. Wicked Garage Doors LLC warranty exclude cables that are displaced, misaligned or disconnected.
All of Wicked Garage Doors LLC warranties on parts, labor, workmanship or new are voided. If it is determined by Wicked Garage Doors LLC that anyone other than Wicked Garage Doors technician performed work or replaced parts, tune ups, service, on customers opener or garage door. Warranties listed on the invoice does not cover consequential or incidental damages, such as damage or injury to person or property because a garage door or opener did not operate properly. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so this limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. In addition, Wicked Garage Doors LLC warranties do not cover issues caused by abuse, misuse, additional weight, altering, civil disturbance or Acts of God and does not commercial door installation or repairs.
Wicked Garage Doors LLC Garage Opener and Door warranties are required to have two tune ups a year from the date on the invoice to receive full warranty term. Tune’s are to be spaced within a four month period and are standard practice in the garage door industry and performed by Wicked Garage Doors LLC.
